DISCHER Technik GmbH is headquartered at the edge of the Neandertal, in the Gruiten district of Haan. This idyll provides the best working conditions for administration and production. The views of the unspoiled landscape around our site show us every day how important the preservation of our unique and sensational natural world is. This view intensifies our efforts to constantly optimise the ecological aspects of our products.

Our participation in the Animal Welfare Prize 2007 demonstrates our commitment to protecting our environment. We achieve this in concrete terms in our products with low water and energy consumption as well as the long service lives. Operators themselves can run our machines ecologically by utilising the effective holding systems. We thus combine ecology with economy.

• Thousands of kilometres saved each year due to the use of low-maintenance technology and training of in-house technicians. This makes very few customer service attendances necessary.
• Low water and energy consumption due to consistent use of state-of-the-art energy and water saving technology in our machines.
• The use of recyclable and wherever technically possible single-type materials in machine manufacture.
• Using production methods that are as environmentally friendly as possible.
